It's going to be a busy year for Friends of the River. We have lots of activities and fundraisers planned. We need lots of volunteers to help planning and organizing. Remember, the suggestions below are at this moment just that: suggestions. To make them come alive, we need your help. Friends has over 200 members, and we want everyone involved in the river. We also need your ideas and suggestions to do more for the river. If you have ideas, or want to volunteer, or help, or talk, please contact us

Preliminary Calendar for 2007:

May 21: 5th Annual State of the River, organized together with River Round Table.

November: 19th Annual River Clean-up

December : 7th Annual Holiday Boat Parade.
